Their son was born in 1777 and their daughter in 1779. Their daughter's name was Mary Polly Jones. Any connection? I am not sure. I cannot find their father's name. Samuel Alexander Jones was born in NC and moved to Georgia around 1802, then Lincon County Tennessee around 1806.. He is my direct ancestor.I can't seem to find Sam A Jones' father's name and wonder if they could be related...?
