Would anyone know where abouts in Virginia he was born? He was married twice, Martha Johnson and 2nd marriage to Phoebe Ana (can't find maiden name) b. 10 Jan 1918 and d. 27 Dec 1989 in Zephyrhills, Pasco, Florida. There were four children, Linda, William, James and Larry. I can't find any census reports on this family. Any hekp would be greatly appreciated :) Thank you!
