You will probably need to contact your ISP (cs.com) to have them add rootsweb to your accept list. I had the same problem with bellsouth. They will sometimes have an email address you can forward the acceptable address to and another to send the unacceptable too....but you'll need to contact your tech support. Hello listers, Can anyone please tell me the correct email address for this list, so that I can block all the junk mail, and yet still receive my emails from the mailing lists I subscirbe to? I have tried various variations and still my mailing lists do not come through, even though I have added them to my "allowed" emails. Does anyone else have this problem. I would dearly love to get my mailing lists, and avoid all the spam. Thanks to anyone who can tell me what to do. Dawn

Ohio)and Susannah Hatfield (b. 1809 VA, d. Ohio). The Hartmans settled in Muskingum County, Ohio but were both born in Virginia. I have been unable to find birth records or other family trees tracing this line to Virginia. John's son, Joseph (1847-1917 Ohio) married Loanna Jane Smith and lived in Muskingum County for his entire life. Their son Reuben (b. 1869 in Ohio) lived in Muskingum and Noble. He married Maggie and they had my 2x great grandfather Wilbur Dewel Hartman. Any information on any branches of this line, particularly before John and Susannah, would be wonderful. Or try a google search for paul drake genealogy. By the way, there are two mail lists sponsored by LVA --Genealogy and History-- both frequented by well informed genealogists and historians. Stewart's Plantation in Richmond Virginia. I've been told by one of my relatives that Mariah Thomas Oliver passed away in the year 1889. My GGG Grandfather Morgan, I have absolutely no information on him and it appears that My GGG Grandmother Mariah remarried because my Great Grandfather William Thomas and his brother Robert Thomas have the Thomas last name. William Thomas and his brother Robert were also born on C.E. Stewart Plantation; however, William Thomas migrated to Alabama, Barbour county. I will appreciate any information.
