Joy, the URL is broken, which is a common problem with long ones in e-mail messages. Open the message. Click on EDIT|EDIT MESSAGE (or whatever you may have that is similar). Then place your cursor at the end of the highlighted part of the URL, and press DELETE. This will bring the bit below (in normal type) up to the end of the highlighted URL, and you will see it all become highlighted, ending with "html". Then click on the newly highlighted URL and it will open where it should.
