Susanna, although there aren't many of these types of collections, I think you'll find more than two <g>. One very useful one for Maryland, specifically for Baltimore City is Ross J. Kelbaugh's, "Directory of Maryland Photographers 1839-1900" Historic Graphics Press, 1988 (ISBN 0-914931-00-8). He's had an update plus a supplement published as well. Kelbaugh's Directory serves as the basis for citing dates for many of the photos on my web site, "Baltimore City Nineteenth-Century Photos" which can be accessed at http://freepages.hobbies.rootsweb.com/~ruppert Mr Kelbaugh also has a web page which you'll find listed on my Links.
