Hi Morgan, I thought I kept your address but can't find it. About the cell phone, you will have to decide what your needs are than purchase the phone accordingly. You can get a cell phone that is good only in a given country. Or you may want the GSM phone, which is good for all Europe but not to call outside Europe. Then you can get a special type that will allow you to call the US. Also if you want to hook the Internet you need to make sure you get the type that will allow the hook-up. Cost start at about 300,000 Lire or $75 here in Italy. My son-in-law has one for the Internet, but the one that my daughter use will not work with the Internet. The contract for the phone service is much like Internet it varies greatly depending on the service provider you choose. Regards, Jim Vick
