Hi Folks! We are expecting our first significant snowfall tonight here in Bedford, Pa. We are in the south central part of the state and everyone around us has had snow. We are about 15 miles from Blue Knob ski resort and they finally started getting some...have been making artificial snow all winter. Last year at this time, we had close to 2 feet of snow on the ground which lasted for several weeks. We have had the cold temps though; single digits with wind chill 20 degrees below zero!! The grandchildren are itching to do some sledding so perhaps they will finally have their chance....the 3 year old got a new sled for Christmas and so far hasn't gotten to use it. He looks out the window everyday to see if it is snowing yet. I personally love the changing seasons even though I was born and raised near San Antonio, Texas. It is really beautiful here in the mountains of Pa. Doris Moore
