It appears to me that John b. 1745 deeded land to both sons. John never owned much land compared to his brother David b. 1735. John b. 1787 owns 40 acres. and James b.1796 owns 130 acres (1850 Census) John b. 1745 wills estate after wife Mary Moore dies to her nephews Robert and David. David Moore shown in 1850 Census as 30 years with wife Sarah J 24 5 children .Household #1232 Franklin Co. Next door is a John Moore 56 yrs with wife Ann 52 yrs and 9 children..
