Peters, Judge of the County Court of Franklin, Jackson Via, age 55 years, height, 5 ft 8 inches, complexion fair, a resident of Franklin, in the State of Virginia, who, being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he was regularly enlisted in the Confederate States army.
