I should have reread Edna and Judy's message of the 17th. I shall check all these maps I have of the area to see where the main run of the creek "30 chains below the mouth of Spring Bottom is." George Turner is my ancestor also. I know I've seen "Spring Bottom" so it should be fairly easy. Can anyone help me with the length of a chain? Janelle
