Good Evening, Via & Maupin Groups!!!! Well, I answered two Statham messages on message boards and did I ever get a responce. One fellow has sent 27 pages of correspondence with everyone he as work with. The other fellow will be send his tomorrow or so. At first glance it looks real accurate. The names Dabney, Harris and Thompson are used several times in the descendants as first and middle names. John Statham's father is reported to be Love Statham and his mother Martha Meriweather. I think this is probably correct since a Mary Meriweather owned land next to Robert Thompson in the 1756 era. These Statham people are real workers. They have wills and census records. Looks real promising. William
