Subject: VIARS Juanita Virginia Viars Sexton, 61, of Mount Airy, N.C., died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2006, at Northern Hospital of Surry County. She was the widow of Lloyd Sexton. She was born Sept. 30, 1944, in Wythe County to Sam and Lucy Crigger Viars. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Marlena and Kenny Miller of Galax; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Larry Sexton,Terry Sexton and Lloyd Dwayne and Kathy Sexton, all of Mount Airy;three sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathryn and James Phillips, Delena and Albert Armbrister,all of Wytheville, and Peggy and Ray Sharp of Woodlawn; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Andrew and Madelene Viars, David Viars and Wayne Viars,all of Wytheville, and Glen "John" and Mary Viars of Burlington, N.C.; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.A funeral was held Sunday at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home with burial in the Camp Zion Cemetery.
