    3. Good Evening Group!! The description of this land sounds like the parcel that Daniel Maupin sold to William Via. If so, it is located north of Charlottesville on the north side of the river I have walked almost all of this property, hills, timber, and now a dam, not much farm land. If it is the same Daniel Maupin got it in a trade for land he owned in Louisa which was part of Gabriel Maupin's original 250 acre headright land of 1705.
