I looked over the copies of my William Via b abt 1751, son of John Via b abt 1710, pension application. One affidavit from a man who served with William Via states "Gideon Via & John Via (brothers to William)---- in same company". This Gideon who is the son of John Via is not the Ohio Gideon Viah. "that this is incorrect info I believe it to be wrong." Buddy
