I found Edward and Rosa Via in the Albemarle County 1920 Federal Census. In the SOUNDEX he was Dewey Via, age 20, with Rosa Lee, age 18, and son Edward Lee, age 1. In the Albemarle County "General Index To Marriages Book 3 (1914 to 1919) there is a listing for Edward D___ marrying Rosa in 1918 in Book 3/Pg 31/Lic# 79.
