Elaine - You might tell Robert Via, the person who is seeking his Via ancestors, that according to the dates above that Helen Stogdale found, he most probably will find all of his ancestors on the censuses of Albemarle. Edward Dewey Via would be on the 1900 and 1910 with his parents and siblings. Rosa would be on the 1910 census with her parents. Edward and Rosa's parents would be on earlier censuses with their parents.
