This is Donna Ertler , I have never had a William Vestal or any other Vestal in Cold Norton , England , All of my Vestals were in Surry/Yadkin County , North Carolina , with the exception of the early ones in PA., I do know of a researcher who does have some Vestals in England his name is Lyle <[email protected]> you might check with him .
