William Vestal b.abt.1799/1802 North Carolina wife # 1 unknown wife # 2 Rachel Dougan wife # 3 Rebecca Benge While surfing Vestal websites I came across one owned by Tim Gore ( http:/members.aol.com/fugginsg/ancst.htm ) He has the parents of William Vestal listed as William Vestal (1759) and Sarah Chamness Vestal (1766). I have their son William as being born in1792.This may or may not be the year of his birth. Even being born in 1792 he would have been able to father all of the children that are thought to belong to William.His last child was Susan Vestal b.1851. William would have been about 60/61 years old.Old but not to old to father children. I have E-mailed Tim and asked him where he found the above information but do not have an answer yet. Anyway,I thought I pass it by the group and see if anyone had any thoughts on this. If he has proof to back it up it would fill in a big piece of the Vestal family tree. Tony
