I have Thomas VESTAL 1 and Elizabeth DAVIS m.7 Sep, 1727 Cane Creek, Chatham Co., NC. His first wife was Mary _?_, but she died soon after they married. (again the dates in the Quaker records are according to the Friends, and translated may make 6 July 1754 be 7 Sep, 1754. (?) I have the same b date and b place you have for Elizabeth. Like I said, the Quaker records show their calendar, while other records show the way we read it.
