I received a Social Security application form for a relative I thought was mine. I was looking for a Floyd Vestal, born 1899. The form I received is not for the person I am looking for. If anyone needs a copy, please let me know and I will mail it to you. It states that Fred Floyd Vestal was born in Lovewell, Kansas on October 8, 1899.
