Willie, The link is weak at best. Dianne's recently issued file has a William Vassall b: 1593 in England d: 1655 Barbados. Familysearch.org in their ancestral file has a William Vassall b: 27 Aug 1592 Ratcliff, Devonshire, England buried 13 Jul 1655 St. Michael Parish, Barbados. Dianne's file as well as the ancestral file have William's wife as Anna King. The ancestral file shows William and Anna with eleven children, not including a William b: 1623 (which is in Dianne's Vestal line). Agree that the 1592 and 1593 Williams may be different individuals, but I think it is worth pursuing, especially since both died in 1655 in Barbados. Bob
