I have a James born 1760's who married Nancy Ann Swaim about whom I can find nothing. I feel certain that there are several connections between this VESTAL and the SWAIM families, including Thomas VESTAL m Grace SWAIM. This James was the son of James VESTAL and his 2nd wife, Phoebe Allen THOMPSON, daughter of John and Amy COX ALLEN. James 1st wife was probably Mary JAY. George is the son of James and Isabell born ca. 1675/80 Lancashire, England, married 9-28-1710 Falls MM PA. to Sarah Scarborough dtr of John (JR) and Mary (Pierson) Scarborough. George and Sarah are the parents of Stephanus who married Rachel Beeson, Stephanus and Rachel's daughter,Sarah Haworth married John Wheeler.
