She was the recipient of a great many lovely presents. Between 40 to 50 were present. Frank Douglass and wife and son, Guy Wilcox and wife, Retta Wilcox visited Mrs. Isa Wilcox Sunday. A young man from Lester by the name of Edward Sweeney was drowned in Lake Champlain Sunday afternoon. Merrill Gibbs was a week end visitor at his fathers, E. A. Gibbs. Mrs. A.D. Bartholomew of Whitehall and Mrs. Frank J. Norton of Fair Haven called on their sister, Mrs. Ruth Norton, Sunday afternoon. H. H. Howard of Albany is gaining slowly.
