    3. The Vermont Tribune, Ludlow, Friday, August 9, 1889 South Londonderry 8/9/1889 Mrs. James PEASE and daughter, of Weymouth, Mass., visited at the M. E. parsonage, last week. Miss Ida JENKINS of Andover is here for a few days' visit at her mother's home--Mrs. Laura JENKINS. E. E. SAWYER returned, last week, from a few days visit with his parents in Chester. Mr. and Mrs. CONVERSE of Malden, Mass., are guests of Mr. and Mrs. TYLER. Miss Bertha BRYANT and Miss Lois BRYANT, of Ludlow, visited, this week, with Rev. and Mrs. BRYANT. Miss Sada ROGERS of Troy, N. Y., is visiting her sister, Mrs. CUDWORTH. Fred BABBITT is at his father's and has been quite sick with kidney trouble. Mrs. BROMLEY of Pawlet is visiting Mrs. F. WINCHESTER. Fred WINCHESTER has bargained his building, tin and hardware business, to Henry HOLT of Weston. Miss Sarah HASKINS of Baldwinville, Mass., is visiting friends here. Newton W. THOMPSON, two daughters and son, of Albany, N. Y., are spending the month of August with his father, William THOMPSON. Miss Stella YEARLY is home from Boston, Mass.
