Employer owed him. Would walk down town, get the money, pay his fine. Court made no objection. Prisoner walked down town. Got his pay. Took first train to New York line. Exit McConville. Court deficit, $13.94. Ailo Murry. Drunk. Five dollars and costs. Non-disclosure. Nicholas Foster, who had been in for non-disclosure, came forth and said he got his rum of Eliza Kelley.
