Hi, Sylvia, I looked at some of the Chittenden County ones and they consist of copies of the items that are in a packet. It would be wonderful to have them for all counties. Here in Windham County, I've never seen the packets. I think they are somewhere up in Newfane for Marlboro District, and I don't know where they are for the Westminster District! Joann Sylvia J.
