Hi, Sylvia, I don't know why my messages through the Vermont list were so late in appearing! Anyway, John White shows up in Manchester in both 1860 and 1870. In 1860 he is age 67 born in VA, Polly is age 52 and Mary is age 16. In 1870 John is age 76 born in IL, a carpenter; Mary H. is age 26, born in VT, keeping house. I forgot to notice his occupation in 1860. Did you make a mistake saying they were in Brattleboro? Joann Sylvia J. Bugbee wrote: > Thanks, Joann!
