Source, Rutland Daily Herald--Feb. 8, 1911. MIDDLEBURY, VT. Mrs. Walter Phelps, aged 75 years, died at her home on North Pleasant street Monday afternoon after a short illness with heart disease. She was one of the oldest residents of this village, having resided here nearly all her life. She is survived by one daughter, Mary, of this village, and one son, Wesley, of California.
