Jan I have been searching to follow up on Glen Sevrens Morrill So far I am drawing a blank Glen Sevrens Morrill is as far as my research tells me a cousin to my father. She was Martha Glen Sevrens or Severance (named for my great grandmother Martha M (Maria) Severance probably) and she was b 1890 in VT granddaughter of Nathaniel and Alversa Severance and daughter of George and Ella Sevrens or Severance Here is a family census from Derby M Glen Severance Age in 1910: 20 Estimated Birth Year: abt 1890 Birthplace: Vermont Relation to Head of House: Daughter Father's Name: George N Father's Birth Place: Vermont Mother's Name: Ella A Mother's Birth Place: Vermont Home in 1910: Derby, Orleans, Vermont Marital Status: Single Race: White Household Members: Name Age George N Severance 55 Ella A Severance 50 Carolyn M Severance 25 M Glen Severance 20 Priscilla G Severance 4 Any suggestions how to find which Morrill she married and if they had family? On pg.13 The Ryan Farm (in 1967) overlooking Lake Salem for many yrs. was owned by the Severens family. Nathaniel Sevrens, came from NH in 1832 and settled on the west shore of the lake. His granddaughter, Mrs.Glen Sevrens Morrill, wrote a letter to VT Life Magazine after its Autumn 1952 publication of the story of the hidden treasure - names mentioned - Caroline and George N.
