Source, "History of Rutland County, " By Smith & Rann, 1886. Page 945. MOREHOUSE, WILBER H. Fair Haven, was born in Brandon, Vt.,in 1845. He read medicine with Doctors Dyer and Page, of Brandon, Vt.,and also wih Doctor T. E. Wakefield, of Fair Haven. He graduated at Burlington in 1878, and settled in Fair Haven in his practice. He was married in 1878 to Ella Morehouse, and they have three children, Gracie H., Earl W. and Alton J. Wilber H. was a son of Sterling and Lucinda (Lindsley) Morehousre. Sterling was born in Brandon in 1812. Mrs. Morehouse died in 1877.They had a family of three children, Oscar H. (who is now a dental surgeon), Wilber H. and Oscar H.(sic) The grandfather, Sterling Morehouse, sr., was born on September 5, 1766 , and died in Brandon on May 16, 1846. Transcribed by, Joan H.
