Thank you to everyone who has responded. It is appreciated. Even though the children of Benjamin & Charlotte might not be listed in the 1840 and 1830 census, I wonder where Benjamin might have been. I did have the Keene info. It is the missing links of the earlier years that I'm trying to resolve. Benjamin's father was in a Warning Out list for Rockingham or Brattleboro at one point, but filling the gaps between 1821 (Benjamin's birth) and 1850 and then Ethan before and after 1821 is a mystery indeed.
