Would like to hear from descendants of the following, or anyone who can offer further information;   Augusta A. Young born Oct 1848 VT the d/o John Young and Sophia Pike, family lived Jay and Troy VT. Augusta Young married 3 June 1866 at Troy VT to John Young attorney at law, don't know his parents, he was born Canada??   Child of Augusta Young and John Young was George B.Young born April 1867. George B.Young married about 1894 probably in Minnesota to Grace M. unknown, she  born Nov 1868 Minnnesota ~ their children; John S. b.May 1895 Minn and Harold K. b.May 1897 Minn.   John and Augusta Young later lived at Newport VT where I believe John died between 1910 and 1920....Augusta Young died between 1920 and 1930 also at Newport VT. In 1920 census Augusta Young has her sister, Ida M.Jenne, living with her and both are widows. Ida Young married Rev William Selden Jenne who was a Methodist minister.   George B.Young also lived at Newport VT then later lived at Montpelier VT, I believe that he married (2) in about 1927 to Mollie B. unknown she born about 1891.   Would like to find out further information on the ancestral line of Augusta Young, believe her father John Young was the son of Jehu Young who came to Jay VT around 1825?   Also parents of Sophia Pike, she was born PQ but her parents supposedly both born NH..??   Appreciate help, thanks Janice    Happiness keeps you Sweet, Trials keep you Strong, Sorrows keep you Human, Failures keep you Humble, Success keeps you Glowing, But Only God Keeps You Going!
