I am a descendant of Joseph and Amelia Daniels who had the following children: 1. Has Children Eliza Daniels b: 23 AUG 1832 in Eastern Canada (French Canada) 2. Has No Children Lezo Daniels b: ABT 1834 in Canada East 3. Has Children Edwin (Edward) Daniels b: JUN 1835 in Canada East 4. Has Children Rose Daniels b: ABT 1840 in Canada East 5. Has Children Peter Daniels b: MAY 1836 in Canada East 6. Has No Children Emma Daniels b: ABT 1845 in Canada East 7. Has No Children Susan Daniels b: ABT 1850 in Rutland County, Vermont I am trying to find out if anyone has any clues or ideas of where in Canada (Quebec) Joseph Daniels and Amelia (Papenaults) came from? The appeared to have come down from Canada to the US in the 1840's. Don't find them on the US Census till 1850 (Joseph 59, Amelia 54) in Sudbury, VT; 1860 Hubbardton, VT, and 1870 Hubbardton, VT. Several hits in the PRDH but not sure which one is my Joseph Daniels.
