    2. Source, The Poultney Journal--Fri. June 12, 1925. WELLS, VT. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Lewis of Bennington passed Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. B. A. Lewis. Mr. and Mrs. John Perkins and son, Lester, of West Rupert, visited relatives in town on Sunday. Mrs. Mattie Goodspeed returned on Monday to her home in Rutland, after spending a few weeks in town. Miss Teresa Kalahan of Fair Haven spent the week-end at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Kalahan. Mrs. John Foley of New York has been spending several days at the home of her sister, Mrs. Charles Boone. Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Palmer and family of Rutland visited at the home of Mrs. Palmer's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Wilcox. Master Wilmont Lobdell has returned to his home in Fair Haven, after visiting at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Lobdell. Mr. and Mrs. George D. Hollister, Mr. and Mrs. A. Hackins of Schenectady, and Clyde Smith of Troy, N.Y., were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Smith. The June meeting of Lake St. Catherine chapter, D.A.R., will be held Saturday afternoon at two o'clock at the home of Mrs. John Howe.
