Source, Rutland Daily Herald--Nov. 18, 1935. CHESTER, VT. Donald Bates has gone to Mary Fletcher hospital, Burlington, for an appendicitis operation and treatment for an injured ankle. Norman Adams drove him there Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Carley have moved to White Rived Junction for the winter. Capt. Edson and family left Saturday for Paris Island, S.
