I am searching for information on the family of David Edwards, b. 5 Nov 1770 in Haverhill, MA. He was the son of John Edwards and Jemima Wallingford. David and his brother Timothy Edwards are both listed in the history of Walden, Caledonia County, VT. David is listed as having voted on 4 Sept 1802 and again as voting for Representative to Congress on 10 Dec 1804. I believe that this man is the father of my gr gr gr grandmother Esther Edwards, b. 3 Mar 1803 in VT. I am trying to find birth records that will support this fact.
