Boardman preached at the Congregational church at Sunday, and at the second service, Miss Gertrude Sampson, who has been a teacher in Utah, gave a very interesting account of her work there. The young boys here have organized a base ball club and have named it the Rough and Ready club. Dr. H. H. Swift and family are camping out at Lake Dunmore. Mrs. B. J. Douglass and Mrs. H. G. Peabody have returned from Ohio. The woman's monthly missionary meeting will take place at Mrs. H. G. Peabody's Tuesday, July 27. It is expected that Miss Gertrude Sampson will be present.
