To me it says: Joseph, son of Lewis A and Maria ?????, died of cholera infantfum on August 14,1846, child's age 9 months Lewis A., laborer, born in France,died of consumption on March 19, 1847 at the age of 45 >From what you have listed you have no identifying age information on Maria.
