    3. Don't you think it's the son Joseph who is 9 months? Son of Lewis and Maria? Lewis was age 45 and there is no death record for Maria; check for her in the 1850 census.     3. Hi,? Llooking for 1840 census of VT, NY or MA for Lewis Bapp, wife M. and at least two sons, Ezra and Paul. Can anyone help me locate them? Thanks

    3. The only state that has the Bapp surname in 1840 is PA.
