The highter department of the village school closes, Feb. 10th, with an entertainment, in the evening, at the town hall; proceeds for the school-room. All are requested to be present. The main shaft in FOSTER & JAQUITH's shop broke, Wednesday, which causes a part of the workmen a delay of two or three days. They also have a steam-trap which they are about to put in.
