Try the website for Vermont Old Cemetery Association: http://www.voca58.org/ There should be a place on there where you can get a copy of the current edition of "Old Burial Grounds of Vermont." I believe Charles Marchant of Townshend, VT is the one who sends them out upon receipt of your check and a mailing label.
