SPAFFORD will occupy it as formerly. It is said that Lyman LITCH of Baltimore has given his property to Foster HAMMOND, in consideration of support through life. D. J. BOYNTON has hired one of the town teams, and now with a supply of snow he will make the logs fly. A donation was given Elder O. E.
