Fred SAVAGE has been confined to the house most of the time since the first of November. Mrs. A. HARLOW has been quite sick with neuralgia, but is more comfortable a the present writing. Mrs. Geo. PRICE has been quite sick with diphtheria. Mrs. S. C. KITTRIDGE is gaining slowly. A large number of the friends and neighbors of Mr. and Mrs. Frank WIGGINS gave them a reception at their home, Wednesday night of last week. C. M. SHERMAN has butchered two pigs, eight months old, that dressed 297 and 296 pounds; and G. C. WAITE, tow about the same age, one tipping the beam at 325 pounds.
