I know there were large groups of Wheelers in several Vermont counties at that time and they are fairly well documented. I just have to figure out which are the right ones. I have looked at that family before, but not delved deep into researching them. The Parley vs Perley threw me off. But the dates certainly are right. I wonder if this family was in Canada too?
