Hello everybody! I haven't posted to this list in a while so I thought I'd give it another shot. I am searching for the descendents of "Scotch Tom" Nelson, who emigrated to York county, VA (I believe he was one of the early settlers of the Yorktown area) from Penrith, Cumberland, England. Any information about any of his descendents would be greatly appreciated!!! I descend from a line of Nelsons that wound up in Illinois (they migrated from Vrginia to Kentucky and then on to Illinois) that I believe to be descended from the before mentioned Thomas Nelson.
