Hello everybody I'm new to this list and posting this for the first time. I'm looking for information about the William Nelson who was the President of the Virginia Colony, also looking for information on the 1st two generations of his descendents. I believe that I am descended from this line and am trying to confirm this so any help that could be given would be greatly appreciated. I can furnish information on a line of Nelsons that migrated from Virginia to Kentucky to Southern Illinois (Bond County area of Illinois).
