Hello everybody, I have been researching the CHARLES family for the last 20 years and just can't seem to make headway past 1800 Estill Co., KY. I have a Philip Charles b: abt 1770-1780 he states VA and one of his sons born 1807-Joseph Charles-also states VA. It was brought to my attention that there was CHARLES family in this area.
