Searching for the grave of Major James Goodwin, born 1625 in London, England. Emigrated to VA 1650. Appointed Justice and Major of the Militia in 1657. Represented York County in the House of Burgesses 1658. 1668 purchased 1,200 acres in York County from John Chew. 1678 died and 1679 estate recorded in Westmoreland County. I have located the grave of Rachael, his first wife in what is now the town of Dandy in Yorktown. May open the grave to see who else is in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated
