Hello All I have been told of a posting in the Letcher Co Historical Book about my family, and someone sent me a copy of it. Now I have been in this family for 55 years and the information contained in the book is totally false as I know it. One G W GOINS married AMANDA HICKS, daughter of William and Sarah (MAXEY) HICKS. GW was the son of JOHNNY and SYNDA (SEXTON) GOINS of Newmans Ridge, Hancock Co, Tenn. Is there anyone out there that has any information about these people? I sure would love to hear from you. They lived and died in Lee Co, VA, Thanks Twanda
