Hi Phyllis, Thank you for offering to do lookups during your trip. My ggggrandfather, James B. Brown, moved to Gladespring (then Wise Co.) around 1869. He married his second wife, Mary Dean Vance, in 1874. Family history has it that he died in Gladespring, but I haven't been able to find out where. He died on March 13, 1879. Any help you could give me with James B. Brown and Mary Dean Vance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Robin Big Island, VA
